  3. Hi Ricki

    The best way to capture the scent of linden blossoms is to tincture them. Use 190 proof alcohol and fill the jar with the blossoms and cover with the alcohol. Drain daily and replace the blooms. You may have to do this many times before you get a strongly-scented tincture.
