I...Congratulations on the coverage on Fragrantica!

I was wondering if you could share any additional tips, tricks, basic instructions, or uses for the ultrasonic cleaners in perfumery.

I have read via your blog, the yahoo groups, and our textbook about using it for ultrasonic extracts (kind of like a tincture) as well as for aging perfumes and for aging specific oils like Patchouli. I was hoping for a little more info about these things as an ultrasonic cleaner is at the top of my wish list for the holidays, right next to the filtration kit with the buchner funnel!

As a side note, do you know anything about their application for medicinal tinctures by chance?

Also, can the bonus modules from the course be purchased individually, as I hear you have a wealth of information on ultrasonics in the bonus module.

Thanks so much!
MichaelMichaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17837887789726329152noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30502094.post-32619290596676065702011-12-04T17:47:16.963-05:002011-12-04T17:47:16.963-05:00THRILLED!

I conceived the Prima Aroma line a few ...hi einsof

I conceived the Prima Aroma line a few years ago, as a way of honoring those who came before us in the fragrance arts. I was originally going to launch the line with tribute to Avicienna, the physician and scientist who first observed rose otto forming in a canal after rose petals had been lavishly strewn to celebrate a wedding. Do you know that story? Maria the Jewess, Farina, etc. - all worked in healing ways, and used natural aromatics.

It just so happened that the Ophiucus 13th Sign project led me back to Prima Aroma, and I will launch a perfume in that line on Valentine's Day, the day of love, truly Libran :-)

My Anya's Garden line of perfumes are created in the modern manner, with mostly French methods being used. Prima Aroma will allow me to step outside that stricture, creating perfumes with more of an aromatherapeutic intent, or perhaps in the Islamic or Far Eastern styles.

xoxo
Anyaanyasgardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10223385840614041356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30502094.post-952319763010272652011-12-04T15:47:21.316-05:002011-12-04T15:47:21.316-05:00namaste anya!
